The Book of the Revelation of Jesus Christ is more than revealing the occurrences of the last seven years of Daniel's prophecy (Dan. 9:24-27.)  It is also about preparing believers for that time.  All who are faithful and obedient to the Word of YHVH from every era will take part in the first resurrection.  Those who are alive and remain and those who are in the grave will be raised to meet Jesus in the air.   What a glorious day it will be.

No one can afford to miss His call.  Allow the whole Bible and the Spirit of God to teach you who you are as a believer in Jesus Christ.  Each of the seven letters remind us to "hear what the Spirit says."   The parable of the 12 virgins is the example of what happens when the light fades because the Spirit was ignored.

There will be some who will judge this site as false because it doesn't agree with what they have been taught.  I am confident that the Word will prove what I teach is true to the Bible. To those who judge me, I ask by whose standard are you judging?  YHVH's Word and the Spirit of YHVH? or The commentaries you write or have collected?

THE RAPTURE: There are five views of the first resurrection (rapture) in the Book of Revelation.  Each has a particular purpose and message.  The fifth one simply says, "Come up here."  It is the call of the faithful out of the spiritual city of sin called Babylon. See Section Four.

Section One: The Foundation of Jesus
Rev 1:1-20..Symbols of Our Redeemer
Jews call him Messiah and Christians call him Christ, but his given name is Jesus and in Hebrew, Yeshua.  He is the anointed one of Daniel's prophecy.  Every symbol of the delivering angel is in reference to something about the Redeemer God promised His people in the Old Testament.  The Redeemer came as Messiah to the Jews and by grace grafted Gentiles into the promise by adoption.

Rev 2:1 thru  3:22..The Seven Letters
The seven letters to the churches in Asia-Minor were given as instruction to the Church in regard to living in the seven spirits of God. You will see the problems, the consequences, and the rewards for overcoming under this anointment. The seven letters to the seven churches are about overcoming the influence of the spirit of antichrist in the world as anointed believers.

Rev 4:1 thru 5:14..Christ Ascended and Glorified
The apostle Luke continued his documentation of Jesus' ascension into heaven (Acts 1:9), but John witnessed what happened after Jesus arrived in heaven via a vision (Rev. 4-5).  The king of all creation is crowned with glory and we get to see it through John's eyes.  This was Jesus' moment of glory and to, at last,  fulfill the promise of Redemption.  One might call Jesus the Fountain of Life because the Spirit of His Father poured through Jesus at Pentecost for the benefit of all who believe in the truth about Jesus Christ.  He is an everlasting fountain of Living Water.

Section Two: The Purpose of the Seals

Rev 6:1 thru 7:17..The Scroll with Seven Seals
Daniel's prophecy of seventy-sevens of weeks is YHVH's timeline for the end-times and the 6th and 7th seal of the scroll with seven seals is the end-time chart of events.  The writing on the outside in the form of seals has a gold mine of teaching for survival through to the end.  The writing on the inside is the Book of Life.  When everything on the outside is completed the Book of Life will be read at the White Throne Judgment.

Rev. 6:1-8..Four Horsemen
The first four seals on the scroll with seven seals have inspired countless books, movies, and discussions not to mention the fear they have manifested in the hearts of mankind. Is what you have heard about the four horsemen all true? What does YHVH have to say about these ominous figures? How does the angel called the Four Living Creatures fit into who the four horsemen are?

Rev. 6:9-11..Seal Five--The Altar
Jesus is the altar and consecrating blood of the New Covenant. The author of the letter to the Hebrews wrote,  "We have an altar, from which those who serve the tabernacle have no right to eat. For the bodies of those animals whose blood is brought into the holy place by the high priest as an offering for sin, are burned outside the camp. Therefore, Jesus also, that He might sanctify the people through His own blood, suffered outside the gate. Hence, let us go out to Him outside the camp, bearing His reproach. For here we do not have a lasting city, but we are seeking the city that is to come" (Heb. 13:10-14).
The altar of seal five represents the covering of the last sin offering; the blood of the lamb of God, Jesus. Those under the altar maintained the testimony of Jesus Christ to the death. They are the martyrs of 2000+ years of Church history. Whatever manner of death the faithful die, their waiting place for the Day of the Lord is under the altar of Jesus Christ.

Rev. 6:12 thru 7:17.. Seal Six--Preview--Before the Last Trump
First and second of five views of the first resurrection (rapture).
The relationship between God and Israel is not finished. In fact, Israel will play a very important part in the completion of prophecy and the commandments of God. At the end of their forty-two months of safety from the Fourth Beast, a.k.a., Antichrist, the twelve tribes will be sealed in the Holy Spirit to meet their Messiah in the air along with the millions of Gentiles and Jews who were sealed before them. The parable of the Workers in the field (Matthew 20:1-17) is parallel to the sealing the of the 144,000. They will be sealed last just before the sound of the last trumpet but will receive the same Seal of YHVH as those who were sealed before them from the beginning.

Rev 8:1 thru 11:19.. Seal Seven-see at the bottom of this page
Third of five views of the first resurrection (rapture).
Most teachings on the story of Jericho deal with obedience and victory, which are very important, however, Joshua and the seven trumpets was a type of a future occurrence. For this reason we have the opportunity to learn from Joshua and his siege on Jericho. This chapter tells the story of a future siege on a spiritual city called Babylon by Yashua HaMashiach (Jesus) and seven mighty trumpets.

Section Three: The Main Characters in God's Plan of Salvation

Rev 12:1-17.. The Woman, Her Child, Satan, Remant, & the Church
This section of the Book of Revelation describes the main characters and the parts they play in YHVH's plan of salvation.

Rev 13:1-18.. Fourth Beast of Daniel 9 thru 11
The first three beasts were clearly described in chapter seven of the book of Daniel.  Most Bible students can agree on their meaning.  It is in the second part of the third beast where things have been confused with Rome.  So, let’s work on clarifying a few important points.

Section Four: The First Resurrection, Wrath, and Babylon

Rev 14:1-20.. Resurrection to Life, a.k.a. "Rapture"
Fourth of five views of the first resurrection (rapture).
Revelation Chapter Fourteen is reserved for the last call for repentance and the reaping of souls, both good and evil. This chapter puts everything in the right order and we had better not try to change it to fit strange doctrines.  It is the fourth view of the resurrected contained in the Book of Revelation.
Return of Christ

Rev 15:1 thru 16:21..Seven Bowls of Wrath
The seven angels are ready to deliver the seven plagues that will finish YHVH's wrath.  Then the transgressions of Israel will be finished, but the last day of the seventieth week will not be finished until the end of Christ's millennial reign; neither will vision and prophecy be sealed forever until the last day is finished.
Rev 17:1 thru 19:10.. Babylon
Fifth of five views of the first resurrection (rapture).
What is the answer to the first question, "Who is the great harlot?" The harlot sitting on many waters is sin. Since sin potentially affects the entire human race, the answer to the second question, " What is she sitting on?": She sits on many waters of the world and the scarlet beast. The answer to the third question, "To whom does her power apply?".  Her power applies to every living soul who is in the spirit of antichrist as opposed to the Spirit of YHVH.

Section Five: From Armageddon to the White Throne Judgment and Eternity

Rev 19:11 thru 21:8..Great Day of the Lord
At the sound of the seventh trumpet, also called the last trump, great trump and the trump of YHVH, the thousand years of Christ's reign will begin. The millennium is called the Great Day of the Lord because it is the day Jesus returns to reign for one thousand years. The apostle Peter explained it this way, "But the present heavens and earth by His word are being reserved for fire, kept for the day-of-judgment and destruction of ungodly men. But do not let this one fact escape your notice, beloved, that with the Lord one day is as a thousand years, and a thousand years as one day" (2 Peter 3:7-8). The day of the Lord is the seventh day of the seventieth week; one day that will last one thousand years before the final Jubilee. The Devil will be chained and thrown into captivity for one thousand years; then he will be released.

Ezekiel Chapters 37-48
Details of the resurrection of the remnant of Israel, the millennium,Gog-Magog war, and New Jeruslaem. Ezekiel 37-48 will soon be included in the book above.

Rev 21:9 thru 22:21..New Jerusalem
AN INVITATION TO VIEW THE CITY
And one of the seven angels who had the seven bowls full of the seven last plagues, came and spoke with me saying, "Come here, I shall show you the bride, the wife of the Lamb." And he carried me away in the Spirit to a great and high mountain, and showed me the holy city, Jerusalem, coming down out of heaven from YHVH having the glory of YHVH (Rev. 21:9-10).

HOW DO WE KNOW WHEN SOMETHING
IS OF GOD OR THE DEVIL?

Bible images of the Spirit of God

This is a very relevant question considering the flood of doctrines being taught by false prophets who use the scriptures to suit their own agenda.  The more people who believe what they teach, the more who will follow--if they don't learn how to test what they think, hear, see and do by the Word and Spirit of YHVH.  The Judeo/Christian Bible is the only consistently safe and true standard by which to live.   The original inerrant Word of God was written by faithful people who were inspired by the Spirit of YHVH.   It cannot be rightly interpreted by man's logic and understanding.  The Bible can only be correctly interpreted with the help of the Spirit of YHVH.

Revelation 19:9-10 (NASB)-- 9Then he said to me, "Write, 'Blessed are those who are invited to the marriage supper of the Lamb '" And he said to me, "These are true words of God (YHVH Elohim)."  10Then I fell at his feet to worship him But he said to me, "Do not do that; I am a fellow servant of yours and your brethren who hold the testimony of Jesus; worship God (YHVH Elohim.) For the testimony of Jesus is the spirit of prophecy."

Note: I used the Hebrew name of God (YHVH Elohim for the Greek theos).  What is true in the OT about God is true in the NT regardless of the ethnic language being used.

The testimony of Jesus is the spirit of prophecy.  What is taught about the Bible should include the truth about Jesus Christ and His Father's omnipresent, omniscient, and omnipotent Spirit.  Some people use transcendent to express the superiority of YHVH (God), but to me that is a limited word used by philosophers and has various levels of meaning.  Though it isn't in the dictionary, omni-everything is precise in explaining the person (a.k.a. spirit) of YHVH.  A relationship with YHVH by the infilling of His Spirit (to be born-again) is not possible for anyone except through Jesus Christ.  No one can see the kingdom of YHVH (God) except they be born-again by the Spirit of YHVH.  And that my friends is the beginning of understanding who YHVH is and what His Word tells us.

WAYS THE WORD "SPIRIT" IS USED
I think when the word "spirit" is understood then the doctrine in question can be more easily tested and understood.   I've done several articles and studies on the Trinity and each time I find more Bible confirmation to its error.  One person made a list of 62 scriptures believed to be proof of the Trinity, instead it makes it very clear that the Trinity doctrine is in error.  Click HERE for a copy of that list; I used God's personal Hebrew name and the Hebrew word Elohim in place of the common usage in these OT and NT references.

There are at least fifteen definitions for the word “spirit.”  Here are two definitions of spirit from the Encarta Dictionary:

# 1) life force of a person-the vital force that characterizes a
human being as being alive.

The same can be said of the Spirit of YHVH, since the human spirit was created in the image of YHVH.   Definition #1 is rephrased in the spirit of understanding the true person of the Holy Spirit.

#1) the life force of YHVH that characterizes this holy and
highly Superior being as being alive.

YHVH is Elohim (God) above all gods who resides in heaven but His Spirit is omni-everything.  His son, Jesus Christ is also Elohim according to Psalm 45:6-8 but Jesus is the door through which the Spirit of his Father comes to his faithful followers as shown in the diagram above.

  • Psalm 45:6-8--Your throne, O Elohim (the Son), [is] for ever and ever: the scepter of your kingdom [is] a right scepter. You love righteousness, and hate wickedness: therefore Elohim (the Son), Elohim (the Father), has anointed you with the oil of rejoicing above your fellows. All your garments [smell] of myrrh, and aloes, [and] cassia, out of the ivory palaces, whereby they have made you glad.

The seventh definition applies to the seven spirits of YHVH:
# 7) Important influence; somebody or something that is
a divine, inspiring, or animating influence.

Jesus was anointed in the seven spirits of YHVH (Isaiah 11:1-3; Matt. 3:15-17) and all true believers from the first Day of Pentecost after Christ’s ascension are anointed in the seven spirits of YHVH.  The spirits or important influences (of YHVH)  are the Spirit of YHVH, spirits of wisdom, understanding, counsel, strength, knowledge,  and the spirit of the fear of the Lord.   They are core to understanding the believer's relationship with Jesus, YHVH, and his Spirit.
  • The seven spirits are the core of the seven letters in Revelation.
  • The seven spirits were instilled in the workers who built the first Tabernacle of YHVH.
  • The seven spirits are the inspiring and animating (new birth) influence of the Spirit of YHVH in all faithful followers of Jesus Christ.
  • The seven spirits are used throughout the Bible, but especially in Proverbs to teach us about our relationship with YHVH.

We are to test the spirit of doctrines being taught, in other words "What is the influence behind the doctrine?"
There are seven spirits of sin as shown in the Spirit flow diagram above.

I have not found a denomination or non-denomination yet that wasn't severely limited in their understanding of the Bible because of false doctrine intermingled with true Bible doctrine.  The prime targets for false doctrine is Daniel's prophecy of seventy-sevens, the fourth beast, all of The Revelation of Jesus Christ, and the knowledge of who the Holy Spirit is.  There are very few "Christians" who have had the courage to break away from the control of demoninational teaching in order to test the doctrines by the Bible only.

The intermingling of "other" doctrines has been going on since the beginning.  Deceit can be any shade from subtle to blatant.  The serpent was subtle in his deceit in the Garden of Eden.  Adam was commanded by YHVH not to eat from the tree of the knowledge of good and evil in the center of the Garden.
Gen 2:16-17 And YHVH Elohim commanded the man,
saying, Of every tree of the garden you may freely eat:
But of the tree of the knowledge of good and evil, you
shall not eat of it: for in the day that you eat thereof you
shall surely die.

It was a simple straight forward command with a very good reason why he should not eat from this tree.  The death meant is eternal and in the blazing pit of hell.  Jesus paid the price of that death and was resurrected from the pit to ascend into heaven to receive his throne next to his father, YHVH
Gen 3:1-6  Now the serpent was more cunning than any
beast of the field whichYHVH Elohim had made. And he
said to the woman, “Yea, has God said, ‘You shall not eat of
every tree of the garden?’” And the woman said to the
serpent, “We may eat of the fruit of the trees of the garden
but of the fruit of the tree which is in the middle of the
garden, God has said, ‘You shall not eat of it, neither shall
you touch it, lest you die.’” And the serpent said to the
woman, “You shall not surely die for Elohim knows that
in the day you eat thereof, then your eyes shall be
opened, and you shall be as Elohim, knowing good and
evil. And when the woman saw that the tree was good for
food, and that it was pleasant to the eyes, and a tree to be
desired to make one wise, she took of the fruit thereof,
and did eat, and gave also to her husband with her; and he
did eat.

The serpent's reasoning countered the fear of YHVH by instigating a selfish desire and they both fell for it.

Satan tried to do the same thing when he tested Jesus at the beginning of his ministry.  Three times he tried and three times he failed.  The key to all of Satan's deceit is to change the fear of the Lord to selfish desire or self-centered reasoning.  The fear of the Lord is one of the seven spirits of YHVH in which Jesus was anointed and by which he judges.
Isaiah 11:3-4—In the spirit of the fear of YHVH (Yahavah): he
shall not judge after the sight of his eyes, neither reprove after
the hearing of his ears: But with righteousness shall he judge the
poor and reprove with equity for the meek of the earth: and he
shall smite the earth with the rod of his mouth and with the breath
of his lips shall he slay the wicked.

Subtle lies can go undetected for a long time, thereby deceiving a greater number of people.  Alexander the Great was not subtle.  He gained control of the then known world by hellenizing all religions and specifically, Jews.  That means he ordered the polytheistic Greek mythology to be part of the regligions of the nations he conquered.  The conquering king was to be looked on as the uppermost god.  The same practice was imposed by the Romans and lasted for hundreds of years.
Islam is on a similar scale.  Those who convert to Islam will not suffer the terrorist attacks of radical Muslims.  The Islamic religion was started by a man who broke away from polytheism by studying the belief in the one God of the Jews and Christians.  His name was Muhammad.   He disagreed with all of the core Bible doctrines concerning Jesus.  He changed them to how, in his mind, they should be stated.  Muhammad was an infidel.  He had no faith in the inerrancy of the Judeo/Christian Bible, for this reason the god of the Islamic Quran is not the God of the Judeo/Christian Bible.    Muhammad calls his god Allah which is the common Arabic word for god.  Many Christians in some countries still use Allah instead of God.  Islam has been around for fifteen hundred years.  The more who believe in it the stronger and, it seems, the more aggressive  it becomes.  Any peace taught in the Quaran is heavily shadowed by terrorism.  The fear of God is really the fear of man and unjust judgment.  To date there are1.5 billion living and active followers.  In fifteen hundred years billions who died believing Islam will suffer eternal death in hell.  They have no recourse now that they know the real truth.

Anyone who is not a Muslim is called an infidel.  Infidel (literally "one without faith") is a chiefly archaic English noun, meaning one who doubts or rejects the central tenets of a religion other than one's own or has no religious beliefs; especially in reference to Christianity or Islam.   According to Quran 5:33, the words I have said here are punishable by cutting off hands and feet on opposite sides so as to cause shame now and in the hereafter.  The core of that religion is pride and pride is one of the seven spirits of antichrist shown in the graphic above.  I choose to believe in the one true YHVH Elohim of the Judeo/Christian Bible.  I want no part of any of the seven spirits of antichrist and I will never deny Jesus Christ for any reason.  I will suffer no shame for speaking the truth about Islam or about any other false prophets.

History has proven that the way to weaken or conquer a people is to introduce subtle false doctrine which changes the fear of YHVH Elohim to self-centered reasoning. Christians had better wake up and start paying attention to the Word and the Spirit of YHVH.

TEST WHAT YOU THINK YOU KNOW IS RIGHT
The easiest way to test a doctrine is to ask, "Is the core of this doctrine in the fear of YHVH Elohim or self-centered?"  If you think Christianity has not been affected by the intermingling of other doctrines and deceit then you need to review all of today's denominational doctrines and current church movements and test them by the Word (only).

  • "Name and claim it" is self-centered.  Tithing to the church with the thought of being rewarded ten fold is self-centered.  Demanding anything of YHVH is self-centered.

  • Beware of the current supposed Christian movements in government, the arts, business, banking, etc.  Be careful to look at the context of the research subject and how it is used in the OT and well as the NT and most important ask for YHVH to help you understand by His Spirit only.

  • The "Left Behind" book series is fiction based on the supposed pre-tribulation "rapture" doctrine.  It has sold 62 million copies to people who have probably have more fear of going through the seven years of tribulation than they have of the fear of the Lord, many showing a certain arrogance as if they had a place at the head of the table with the King.  I know because I spent the first few years of my born-again life among Pentecostals who are very strong on the pre-trib doctrine.  There is no favoritism in Father and Son toward humans.  Everyone who takes part in the first resurrection a.k.a. "rapture" will take part in the wedding banquet with Christ at the same time; they are the dead in Christ, the 144,000 remnant of Israel and faithful Christians who are still alive before the last and Great trump is blown.

  • The longest standing hinderance to the Church at large is a major doctrine which was started in the second century.  It is probably the most devious of all of Satan's contrivances of blasphemy against the Spirit of YHVH.  It has always been a blatant error to me, but it remains to be seen by others.  I hope this small article will help to open some eyes to the damage being done in keeping them from knowing the full depth of who they are in Jesus Christ and the Spirit of YHVH.   I am speaking of the Trinity doctrine.  People generally believe the Trinity doctrine can't really be understood, which is the first step of being blinded by ignorance.  Understanding is one of the seven spirits of YHVH; ignorance is one of the seven spirits of Satan. Learn more about the seven spirits in the free Christian Primer 101 above and HERE  also in Section One above.

How do we know when something is of God or the devil?  Along with the above suggestion, I can only answer with, "Accept the Jesus Christ of the Bible as your Lord and Savior, receive the new birth in the Spirit of YHVH, and read and depend more on the Bible than denominational doctrines and various commentaries, regardless of their scholarly or popular influence."  Exercise the spirit of the fear of the Lord.

My commentaries are not above being tested by the Word (only).  I recommend all commentaries and doctrines be tested only by the Word (Judeo/Christian Bible) and in correct context.
